Area<BR>Metropolitan Transit Authority (WMATA) presents auditions for <I>METRO
Performs </I>on<BR><U>Saturday, June 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Community
Room at the Mt. Rainier<BR>Artists Lofts, 3311 Rhode Island Avenue, Mt. Rainier,
MD</U>.<BR><BR>Performers from all genres of music from classical to
cutting-edge world music as<BR>well as theatre, mime, magic, dance and the
literary arts are invited to come before a<BR>panel that includes
representatives from Metro, local arts organizations as well as<BR>performers
from a variety of disciplines. Those chosen will be hired to perform
at<BR>selected Metro stations in Prince George’s
