<P><SPAN class=812324300-02082007>Has anyone else noticed that the pedestrian
crosswalk signal - yes the brand new ones - at the corner of B'more Ave and
Queensbury are broken already? The white walk signal with the faster
beeping, used by the blind folks to cross safely, is non-functional. It
looks as though someome pressed it hard enough or often enough that it is
permanently "pressed" and has shorted out the walking signals. Not knowing
who to call, I bring it here - where the wisdom resides. <no
sarcasm> Anyone know who should be called?
