selection criteria for a solid waste transfer station.

Station Road</st1:address></st1:Street> will reach its permitted capacity in
2011. The County has decided to develop a new transfer facility to consolidate
and ship the refuse out of the County.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
