<div>Marc,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>The change to full time one-way at 48th and Queensbury came about after the fire/emergency vehicles had found themselves blocked in at several different times because of traffic backed up from the rail crossing. After much discussion and consideration, the council decided that full time one-way was the correct answer as compared to a much expanded number of hours. This was a direct request from the Fire Department.
