<DIV>other hobby people or other similar supporting</DIV>
<DIV>partners. or sell train related rr. items. I am </DIV>
<DIV>sure the Train hobbiest has great ideas.</DIV>

<DIV>Maybe the bakery, little ice cream parlor,card</DIV>
<DIV>shop & accessories, few antiques</DIV>
<DIV> 2 or 3 people sharing.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>S& J's name maybe should be S&J Sports Bar </DIV>
<DIV>& Grill - seems like Sports Bar/Grills are all over.</DIV>
<DIV>Sounds nice.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Unisex Barber shop with Nail Salon in back</DIV>
<DIV>w/ole tyme barber pole in front.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Art supply store has been suggested w/mini</DIV>
<DIV>art gallery with works for sale - maybe offering</DIV>
<DIV>painting lessons or gatherings inside & outside</DIV>
<DIV>maybe promoting town people paintings for sale.</DIV>
<DIV>Maybe teaching children to paint for small fee.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I like Roland's idea of doing something with</DIV>
<DIV>science. Roland - let's expand on this idea</DIV>
<DIV>for people to think about.</DIV>

<DIV>I guess what I am getting at is our small</DIV>
<DIV>businesses in Town Center need to do other</DIV>
<DIV>stuff to earn money besides just retail. And it</DIV>
<DIV>needs to take place inside the store & outside</DIV>
<DIV>spilling onto the sidewalk on nice days.</DIV>
