<DIV>pee and be in a town with no public </DIV>
<DIV>toilets. Most places want you to be</DIV>
<DIV>a regular customer or at least buy</DIV>
<DIV>something before they will let you use</DIV>
<DIV>their restrooms.</DIV>

<DIV>I think it is the town's problem for not</DIV>
<DIV>providing public facilities. The trouble</DIV>
<DIV>with the plastic outhouse, it is usually</DIV>
<DIV>in a out of the way place which means</DIV>
<DIV>keeping it locked when sports fields</DIV>
<DIV>are not being used.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I think we need to provide in our town</DIV>
<DIV>budget for plastic facilites to be placed</DIV>
<DIV>out in the open & keeping them </DIV>
<DIV>maintained spotless in multiple areas</DIV>
<DIV>for homeless people & immigrants &</DIV>
<DIV>us. We should pay a regular maintenance</DIV>
<DIV>fee for this.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I say out in the open for all to see so</DIV>
<DIV>there is no one living in it or doing other</DIV>
<DIV>'things in it except what it is made for....</DIV>
<DIV>that way it should never be locked.</DIV>

<DIV>But these plastic toilets are horrible</DIV>
<DIV>to look at - so maybe we need to </DIV>
<DIV>have a contest to design a cover for the</DIV>
<DIV>plastic toilet - something that is nice for</DIV>
<DIV>all to see and not be ashamed to use...</DIV>

<DIV>phone booth - put on our thinking cap</DIV>
<DIV>& see what kind would we personally</DIV>
<DIV>not mind going into while the world</DIV>
<DIV>walked by us I think there should be</DIV>
<DIV>multiple ones together where we place</DIV>
<DIV>them - and maybe even where possible</DIV>
<DIV>have some type of spigot water to wash</DIV>
<DIV>hands.</DIV>
