developments, such as the 35-acre Calvin Cafritz property in Riverdale,
which is almost directly across the street from University Park town
hall.<p>"The land is now zoned for single-family homes, but developers want to
have it changed to mixed use. University Park will be affected by
additional traffic on Route 1. The new development means more traffic
on Route 1 and will make it more difficult for University Park
