concerns over House Bill 927 (PG/MC 119), which is titled – Prince George’s
County – Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission – Zoning
Appeals.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>On February
29<SUP>th</SUP>, this bill received an unfavorable report from the <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Prince George</st1:City></st1:place>’s County
House Delegation, which effectively ends this bills consideration during the
2008 legislative session. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>As
written, I voted in opposition to this legislation.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></FONT></FONT></FONT></P>

maintain a delicate balance between promoting the economic development of our
county and the ability of our citizens and our public organizations to have a

it created is a great example of democratic government in action.<SPAN
