I&#39;ll try to chat w/ the owners. As a small local business, I actually think they are pretty attuned to market demand. There really are more people in a 3 mile radius interested in Miller Lite than in crusty European bread ... but it&#39;s a small store and the owners are hands on. Perhaps a small scale trial might be doable.&nbsp;<div>
