What if , for the time being, until everything is straightened out, you have your mail "held" at the postoffice. Fill out a "hold mail" form, like you would if you were going on vacation, then check the box that says <span style="font-style: italic;">you</span> will pick it up yourself at the postoffice at the end of the time. Maybe do this for a week at a time and keep "re-holding". That way if the problem is in the delivery, you can circumvent that.
