<table cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0' border='0' ><tr><td valign='top' style='font: inherit;'>Just wanted you all to know that there's a little gem across the street from Franklins.&nbsp; It's a small coffee &amp; pastry shop; they also have sandwiches but we were there in the early am so we didn't look closely at those options.<br><br>We had two pastries and a coffee and it cost $3.18!!&nbsp; At that other chain coffee place we would have paid over $6 and the quality of the baked good would not have compared.&nbsp; They were delicious - very well made.<br><br>Check it out - It's called Under the Coconut Tree (I think).<br><br>The only draw back to us, huge, is that this small, nicely decorated coffee shop as FOUR televisions - we sat outside with our treats.<br><br>Nancy <br><br></td></tr></table><br>
