Park Elem. at 7:30 pm<br><br>He will discuss the possibility of extending the Route 1 Sector Plan, which is currently confined to Route 1 in College Park south to 410. The plan encourages dense, mixed-use development along Route 1. This talk is for the town council and open to the public and I'd urge you to attend. <br> <br>The presentation will review <br><ul><li>the plan's purposes</li><li>preliminary boundaries</li><li>consultant team</li><li>timeline</li><li>citizen participation process</li></ul>But boundaries are likely to be the key issue on Monday night.
