walking my dogs and saw a trash truck (Calvert Trash Service) run the railroad
crossing after the arms started coming down. The arm came down on the truck. He
backed up, and in the process, broke the arm. Then he drove through the crossing
on the wrong side. He saw that I saw him, but he just kept going.
