By posting information about the election and deadlines now, gives people time to think about being a candidate, deciding whether they have a chance, collecting the required signatures in time to meet the 9 Apr deadline. It also gives potential new Riverdale Park voters time to get registered or change their address before the 6 Apr deadline.<br>

Or is it 6 April and 9 April? Its one or the other. Anyway the deadlines are on the poster (in the fine print).<div><div></div><div class="Wj3C7c"><br>
