<P>We were so glad to have Mayor Vernon Archer help us with the articles donated by the cities of Ipala,Chiquimula, Guatemala and Riverdale Park, Maryland, USA for the Sister City Window.</P>

<P>Ipala was recently designated as the Sister City of Riverdale Park.</P>

<P>The Riverdale Park Arts Council is working very hard to make this year's event the best ever!</P>
