at:<BR>http://www.riverdaleparkmd.info/codeenforcement/index.cfm<BR><BR>Chapter 57 of the town code deals with sidewalks and streets and how<BR>construction projects interface with them, but it doesn't address the<BR>issues you raise below.<BR><BR>It's my understanding that any construction project like the one you<BR>are describing probably requires a county permit, and I don't know the<BR>county guidelines (though you can read up on it here:<BR>http://www.princegeorgescountymd.gov/Government/AgencyIndex/DER/PRG/index..asp?nivel=foldmenu(9)).<BR>If there is no work permit, the police will issue a stop work order.<BR><BR>I hope that helps, and that it's not too late.
