<div>I checked into this matter and received the following from the police:</div>

<div><em>"Sir:<br> <br> I spoke directly with Mr. Spiropolous, and his son (Jimmy) this morning May 14, 2009 at 0920 hrs. Both stated that no robbery has occurred at his business. There has been only one incident and that involved a beer delivery truck that was sitting out front waiting for the store to open up. While waiting a male took one case of beer from the truck and fled. This incident was not reported by the driver and occurred on May 8, 2009."<br>
</em><br>We have a very good working relationship with the Spiropolous family and expect that we will hear directly from them if anything happens. </div>
