In cooperation with the Town Police Department, our neighborhood is<br>
sponsoring a National Night Out event tonight. The event is an<br>
opportunity for us to raise community concerns with the police and<br>
dialogue with neighbors about some of the recent break-ins, ongoing<br>
speeding, and more. In fact, I just found out this morning that not<br>
only will the Chief of Police and Mayor attend, but also that our<br>
event will be the media location for the entire town (press advisory<br>
attached)!<br>

Date: August 4 (tonight)<br>
Time: 7-9pm<br>
Place: At the park (6400 Block of 46th Street)<br>
<br>
Let's make it a fun night with music, kickball, whiffle ball, sodas,<br>
ice cream, and more. Please feel free to bring whatever games,<br>
refreshments, and instruments you want to contribute. I've sent this<br>
to as many emails as I have, but please forward the message both<br>
electronically and by word of mouth to others.<br>
