That’s right, you can<BR>know what is going to be discussed<BR>BEFORE the meeting takes place.<BR>Amazing. The ComTalk list recounts<BR>discussions from the town’s Communications Committee<BR>and is a great place to complain about the Town Crier.<BR>TownTalk lets citizens sound off about local issues and<BR>clue each other in about what’s happening and what<BR>should be happening. ComTalk (with some spillover to TownTalk)<BR>discussed how these E-mail lists might best be used in<BR>election seasons. Should candidates be allowed to use<BR>the lists? Should that use be limited in some way?<BR>Should it be wide open and
uncensored? Should a<BR>separate list be created for campaigning? All unsettled<BR>questions.<BR></FONT></EM></DIV>

With the notification a list of rules for using the list serve could also be published.</DIV></FONT></DIV></DIV><BR>
