I believe the house up on the corner from me that has had a Long and Foster for sale sign on it for quite some time is (possibly) being rented out till they find someone to buy it. The address is 4710 Somerset Rd. – there is junk all over the place and the place is atrocious – high grass, etc. (they were cutting the grass in the rain yesterday). Last night while taking Broccoli for a walk I saw a guy (he looked to be Hispanic) urinating on the wall of the house – I yelled out “Are you urinating in the yard? That is against the law and considered a public nuisance and indecent exposure and we don’t tolerate that in this neighborhood” – there was a black guy on the porch – he came out
then and did the same thing. I called the police but no one came. Do you know what we can do about this if anything? The neighborhood seems to be going down, down, down and this kind of stuff going on is really bad – it might be a crack house or something – I’m going to say something to John, the next door neighbor; I thought he was a policeman but all I ever see him doing is riding his bike or running with his dog. Anyway, it’s a sorry day in H.E.L.L. when you see your neighbors p.i.s.s.i.n.g in their yards…… what do you think?</SPAN></P>
