<DIV>Can I ask a question, if the weather is bad is it a "given" that the Veterans Day ceremony will be held at Town Hall? I walked up to the Memorial yesterday just before 11 and was told that the ceremony was at Town Hall, but the wreath laying would be at around 11:15. I figured 'til I'd walk to the Town Hall at that point, the ceremony would be over, so I stayed at the Memorial for the wreath-laying. Sorry I missed the ceremony, but there was still a nice group of people at the memorial. </DIV>
