<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><DIV>I saw a dead squirrel on the road the other day across from my house.&nbsp; I didn't run over it. Later that day when I took my dog walking, someone put the squirrel in my yard.&nbsp; How rude!&nbsp; If they can pick it up, why couldn't they discard it?&nbsp; Now that I have to deal with it (certainly can mow over it without being a mess), what is the rule?&nbsp; Can I just put it in a bag and discard with the regular trash?</DIV>
