Hi All, <br><br>My neighbor puts their dogs out early in the morning and then lets them bark excessively, waking up everyone in my house (anywhere from 5 am - 8 am).  They are too close to our house and too loud to drown out the noise or be able to sleep.  If anyone has dealt with a similar problem and has some advise as to how to handle it, I would really appreciate it.<br>
