<DIV>Why doesn't the ward 2 (ware the field of dreams is located) council person have a way of contacting them in cases like this or other emergencies?</DIV>
<DIV>Who is paying the insurance for the recreational use of that park?</DIV>
<DIV>There needs to be a sign posted regarding the rules for using the park and a fine that can be imposed if the rules are violated.</DIV>
