<P>The owners of the Chips and Deli are the same folks that ran the Subway. Subway pulled their franchise because the sales volume was not great enough. As far as I know, the business never closed except maybe for a remodel to get rid of the references to Subway. Just the name and menu has changed. </P>

<P>I've been doing business with Chips and Deli since the Subway closed. It's been a pretty good while since that happened.</P>
