It is easier to be emotional about "throw the bums out!" then <BR>"I like things the way they are."<BR><BR>Sounds to me like you think this is California where a handful of people <BR>can get anything on the ballot; look how that has turned out for them.<BR><BR>Check your civics class for the definition/functioning of a
<BR>representative government. This is not Classical Greece, we don't issues <BR>stones to every citizen every time a question comes up.
