<DIV>trail on camera & the Brits call in immed.</DIV>
<DIV>when they see the person/car on the road so</DIV>
<DIV>the police can arrest them. They told</DIV>
<DIV>me they think all countries should adopt</DIV>
<DIV>this plan. They do not consider it spying.</DIV>
<DIV>If you are not breaking the law - then there</DIV>
<DIV>is nothing to spy about. It makes them</DIV>
