about VOSM Veterinary <BR>Orthopedic Group in Annapolis.<BR><BR>The
procedure that is suggested is TPOL or TightRope CCL .<BR><BR>Has any one ever
used Dr. McMichael at Colle Park Vet. Hospital for <BR>orthopedic procedures and
