I think the developers have done their best to express the potential benefits of this project. If you still aren't sure of them, someone can probably refer you to a Washington Post article that did a decent job at it. Whereas I'm sure the town council is well aware of the developers perspective.<br><br>So I think it is rather pointless at this point to "demand" proof of success. Nothin can be proven.
