<p>Well said, doc. I am also very appreciative of the work of the council and others on this matter. I do strongly feel that the town has done everything we can to make the Cafritz development workable for both those for and against this project.</p>

I know I speak for many in our town in saying we'd like to see this done but it's more important that it be done right.
