<div>On the Cafritz issue. Has anyone confirmed with CSX that they will allow a bridge, roadway, to be built across their tracks? What about the proposal from County Executive, Rushon Baker regarding 25 years tax free to the Cafritz family once the property is developed? Where would Riverdale get the funds to pay for roadways, additional police and schools?</div>
