I read that as saying that the tax increment fund would only be on revenue generated by the development. Someone should ask for clarification at tonight's meeting and let those who cannot be there know what the answer is. <br>

The Washington Post quoted Mayor Archer stating<br>

"He said that the developer might put up some of the money and that Riverdale Park and the county might provide the rest through a tax-increment fund that would tap revenue generated by the development."<br>
