Took me awhile, but i did find where the Cafritz documents reside. Here's a link to the page:<br><a href="http://www.riverdaleparkmd.info/cafritz.cfm">http://www.riverdaleparkmd.info/cafritz.cfm</a><br><br>the newest documents are at the bottom of the page<br>
<br>I believe these are the documents that were available at the meeting last night, plus a couple that were added today:<br><br><ul><li><p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><a href="http://www.riverdaleparkmd.info/draft%20conditions%20of%20support,%201-9-12.pdf">Draft conditions of support, 1-9-12</a></font></p>
</li><li><p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><a href="http://www.riverdaleparkmd.info/Agreement%20to%20support%20zoning%20reclassification%201-9-2012.pdf">Agreement to support zoning reclassification 1-9-12</a></font></p>
</li><li><p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><a href="http://www.riverdaleparkmd.info/Declaration%20of%20Covenants,%20Conditions%20and%20Restrictions%201-09-20121.pdf">Declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions 1-9-</a>12</font></p>
</li><li><p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><a href="http://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/77776482?access_key=key-202vrrzdjke27eoglzfp">Exhibits 1-9-12</a></font></p>
</li><li><p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><a href="http://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/77776961?access_key=key-1ydt70o4sdmovoy3uzrr">Schedule 1: Maryland Avenue Extension 1-10-12</a></font></p></li></ul>
<br>I am very disappointed at the placement (seen in <font size="3" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><a href="http://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/77776482?access_key=key-202vrrzdjke27eoglzfp">Exhibits 1-9-12</a>) </font>of the two arrows indicating "Potential CSX crossing locations" - one would drop down immediately in front of the historic NOAA building, the other would seem to plow through the middle of it - presumably this would take the between-building route suggested I believe by Councilman Thompson. I still believe it would make the most sense to take the northern route, piggybacking in part if not entirely on WMATA land that is already in use for transportation - and would lead to the CP Metro station, maximizing that linkage. I hope at least that this option is not dismissed summarily without pursuing it further.<br>
