      I have followed the Cafritz issue for a good while. I just read

      the vote information.<br>

      I have read all the other notes since.<br>

      If I may ask a question -<br>

      Now that the vote is done, can the town as a whole work together

      to work out the details that will make this a beneficial

      development for the town?<br>

      Real and respectful dialogue and real follow through are the two

      ingredients that I think are key.<br>

      We have a decision, we will all be impacted, how do we make the

      most of it, together, is the real charge for us/<br>
