Beginning this October, Yoga Space will offer a six-week class and
six hour <br>
retreat in meditation. Regardless of whether you are experienced in
meditation, <br>
or have never done it before, this class will help you learn the
“whats”, “whys”, and “hows.”<br>
<br>
<b><font color="#000099">Thursday, October 4 - November 8, 2012,
7:00 - 8pm (6 weeks). </font></b><br>
You will learn traditional meditation, and other forms such as <br>
walking meditation & mindfulness meditation. A workbook will be
provided.<br>
<br>
<font color="#000099"><b>Saturday, November 10, 2012, 9 am- 4pm</b></font><br>
A seven hour Retreat 6 hours of yoga and various meditations, all
done in silence. <br>
A vegetarian lunch will be served.<br>
