In Ward 2, 4700 blocks of Sheridan and Somerset, were two runaway<br>dogs; clearly partners in their escape. One small, white lhasa type,<br>the other a larger mottled brown lab type. They both had harnesses and<br>I could see a red tag on one of them. I tried to call them but they<br>only stopped from a moment and wouldn't let me near.
