Education should be one of the top priorities, no matter what level of government we're talking about, or how the funds are obtained<VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>. However, sad to say, it seems whenever there's cutbacks, it's always schools, emergency services, and libraries that are the first to feel the pinch. <BR><BR></SPAN></div>
