<div>I also participated (Sandy took down my sign!) in the evaluation and finally picked a contractor for the improvements.  I highly recommend the program, and having an indepent person coach me through the options in various estimates, and help me determine which improvement are really worth doing (with a contractor or myself), was incredibly valuable. </div>

<div>And if you are interested, talk with the STEP program soon.  I believe STEP has money until July 2013 (but I could be mistaken - so check with STEP)!</div>
