Hi all,<br>Has anyone had any experiences landscaping the "hell strip", the plot of land between the sidewalk and street?  Just thinking ahead to spring and wonder if there were any complications that I should look out for if I should decide to try to beautify my little section of Riverdale Park.  Any advice or warnings?  Relevant regulations?<br>
