The overall issue is subdividing a large lot that is zoned for single family homes. The specific issue that made me call a special session is related to the storm water management plan for this property. In order for us, Riverdale Park, to make sure that our official opinion enters the official staff report on this property we need to act prior to the regular legislative meeting at the first of the month. <span></span></div>
