<span style="border-collapse:separate;font-family:Helvetica;border-spacing:0px;font-size:medium"><br></span></div><div><span style="border-collapse:separate;font-family:Helvetica;border-spacing:0px;font-size:medium">Each letter seemingly addressed conditions required to be met at preliminary plan. They were, ostensibly, from the American Center for Physics, Mr. Thomas Himmler (County Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Budget, Finance and Administration), and Mayor Archer of Riverdale Park. Upon questioning from the council two weeks ago, Mr. Reed acknowledged that he had written the letter from the American Center for Physics. It turned out later that ALL the letters offered by Mr. Reed were in fact his writing.</span></div>
