<p>The ugly scourge of advertising yard signs is always with us but seems to be on the rise right now. Between home and the Dental Group where I am right now I noticed 2 signs on Queensbury near Lafayette and 3 on Queensbury @Rt 1. The usual "We buy homes" and such.I'm sure if i went out on 410, I'd find more signs on the utility poles as well as yard signs.</p>

<p>Are we within our rights as citizens/neighbors to pick these up and deposit them in the trash? Or should we call Public Works? </p>
<p>It's such an eyesore that really detracts from the beauty and appeal of or town.</p>
