If so, and maybe I'm being stupid or something, would it not be fairly easy for someone in authority to call the # to set up a meeting or whatever about selling their home, junking their car, etc., and then have the people charged? <div>The ugly scourge of advertising yard signs is always with us but seems to be on the rise right now. Between home and the Dental Group where I am right now I noticed 2 signs on Queensbury near Lafayette and 3 on Queensbury @Rt 1. The usual "We buy homes" and such.I'm sure if i went out on 410, I'd find more signs on the utility poles as well as yard signs.</div>
<div>Are we within our rights as citizens/neighbors to pick these up and deposit them in the trash? Or should we call Public Works? </div>
