James - No. All I did was try to break some negative momentum by asking the members of this list to not reply to a particular on-going thread that had dwindled to a back and forth between two individuals, and then, suddenly, become very personal.<br>
<br>You (or anyone else) may certainly post on any topic of your choosing. I only ask that you start a new thread and keep within the guidelines for the list (which you certainly have - I'm just clarifying what the 'limits' are here, since that was the question you raised).<br>

Park Officials have not been responsive to the residents in the

needs be said on that specific topic right now. So let's declare
it closed and move on. (There are of course the official
proceedings, and everyone is encouraged to attend and participate
in those meetings, which is, after all, where the actual decisions
are made.)<br>

As noted on this list yesterday, tomorrow, March 5th, brings us to
within 60 days of our municipal election to be held on Monday, May
6th. And as a result, the 'no electioneering' provisions of the
TownTalk guidelines will kick in. I will post the moderator's
