<p class=""><span style="color:rgb(31,73,125);font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;font-size:11pt">As many of you know, this year the General Assembly passed the
Transportation Infrastructure Investment Act of 2013 (HB 1515). I am proud to
say I supported this legislation because it will provide the much needed
funding for the construction of the Purple Line to continue. I am excited about
the jobs and economic development that the Purple Line will bring to Prince
George’s County and the 22</span><sup style="color:rgb(31,73,125);font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">nd</sup><span style="color:rgb(31,73,125);font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;font-size:11pt"> Legislative District.</span></p>
