<div dir="ltr">Hello fellow citizens of Riverdale,<div><br></div><div>The appeal of the re-zoning of the Cafritz parcel in Riverdale (on Route 1),  currently 38 aces of undeveloped (88% wooded) property,to a very dense, nearly totally paved mixed use town center, will be heard <span class="" tabindex="0"><span class="">Wednesday the 19th</span></span> at 9 am, in the Circuit Court for the county, on 14735 Main street, Upper Marlboro.  It will take place in Judge Alves' courtroom.   Five hours have been set aside for this hearing.<div>
