<html><body><div style="color:#000; background-color:#fff; font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12pt">The point is that unless there is some way to buy the undeveloped land and turn it into parks (assuming the owners are willing to sell), there's no way to prevent privately owned land from being developed, so the important thing is to force them to develop it in a responsible way, preserving as many of the trees and habitat as possible. <br><br>We want parks but don't have the funds to maintain, improve and protect them, we want the animals to be free (as long as they stay out of our gardens) even if the deer population is too high, we want other people to leave their properties undeveloped for our benefit but we want to be able to do what we want on our own land and in our own yards without "government interference".
