<DIV>In listening to homeowners over the yrs</DIV>
<DIV>talk about trash - I think if the town just</DIV>
<DIV>paid the money to do all the trash and </DIV>
<DIV>beautification - that would send a poor</DIV>
<DIV>message to the homeowners. Because</DIV>
<DIV>it is everybody responsibility to take </DIV>
<DIV>pride in their town - working together</DIV>
<DIV>as a team. If Code Enforcement </DIV>
<DIV>enforced homeowners to pick up even</DIV>
<DIV>tho they did not throw it is one way</DIV>
<DIV>to get the homeowner to be responsible</DIV>
<DIV>and if you put a Beautfication Tax on </DIV>
<DIV>our taxes even though a lot may be upset</DIV>
<DIV>over it BUT this then says WE ARE ALL</DIV>
<DIV>responsible and if you dont take that</DIV>
<DIV>responsibility, then YOU have to help</DIV>
<DIV>pay for it. Rereading this I think I am</DIV>
<DIV>upset over the trash also for 50 plus</DIV>
