AND it's going to be built at an existing business site - we won't have to see more woodland cut down<VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>. As it's just presumably one store, the traffic flow in the area shouldn't get too much worse. All in all, this sounds like a pretty good deal, ya think? </SPAN></div>
