Three submissions are being considered: a massage and wellness center, a bakery and a tuxedo/bridal shop. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">“The review committee was very pleased with the quality and diversity of the proposals,” said Jonathan Ebbeler, Councilmember from Riverdale Park. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">“The purpose of the competition was to attract businesses (existing and start-up) to the Riverdale Park Town Center,” said Howard Ways, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority. The Riverdale Park Town Center is ideally located near the Gateway Arts District, the University of Maryland Research Park and the University of Maryland.
